Deborah and David got married at the Morcom Rose Gardens in Oakland, CA with a reception at a private house in Piedmont, CA.
Their wedding was in June of 2007.

We’ve had some wet weather this week. It reminded me of Amy and Aaron’s wedding, almost a year ago now. They got married on a rainy day in November in 2009. It worked for them though. It was not raining during their ceremony or formals but there was a rainbow, beautiful clouds, and wonderful light.

For this photo, in the early evening I pulled over on the very quiet Highway 69 between Mariposa and Oakhurst. I mounted the camera on a tripod, and waited for some cars to appear at the edge of the image.
I then exposed the image for 30 seconds, (f8, ISO 200) so the lights from the cars would streak across the image.
